Nestled along the eastern shores of Lake Canandaigua, this beautiful traditional cottage set into the hillside down a private dead end lane is a truly special find. The cove that the cottage fronts has one of the most spectacular views on the lake with crystal clear water and an excellent waterfront area, that makes swimming and water play fantastic for children and adults alike.
The house is bright and cozy with amazing uninterrupted views of the lake from the open plan sitting room and all bedrooms.
The newly painted interior is decorated from a home magazine and the good size living room with adjoining kitchen area boasts stunning polished hardwood floors with rugs and an open fireplace for those cozy evenings. With warm inviting furniture, a flat screen TV, DVD and wireless Internet this is a home with all the modern luxuries you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen also has all the up to date appliances needed for your culinary skills and is part of the living area so everyone can get involved. An Antique dining table and chairs compliments a perfect entertaining space for your ideal vacation.
You will love the lake cottage feel of the house with panoramic views from the upstairs bedrooms, to the serene private setting. The Master bedroom with full bed boasts lake views and is traditionally decorated plus next door has a full bath with shower/bath.
The Second Bedroom is also a full bed and tastefully furnished.
A separate boathouse outside is the 3rd bedroom, which has a full bed. TV and a dresser and is private from the main home so perfect for friends, grandparents or additions to the family who want their own space.
There are additional sleeping sofas in the living area
The large porch and patio on the front of the house will be your perfect vacation spot. From here you can direct all activities, enjoy some sunbathing, read a book, sip a cool drink and take a long, lazy nap, perhaps all at once. If you have children with you, the porch is a great place to watch the waterfront activities, while still being separate enough to have peace and quiet and enjoy the view. It has a picnic table and comfortable chairs. There is also a gas grill for those outdoor meals with family and friends to remember.
A few steps down leads to the huge deck on the lake, which is, open and offer a wide-angle view up and down the lake. After your vacation is over what you'll probably remember most is the many hours spent on this deck. The lake is about two miles across here with the Bristol Hills immediately opposite the cottage beautiful sunsets are part of the package. Whether it's an early morning fog slowly rising, a nice breeze from the northeast that clears the air on a warm summer day, or a late afternoon thunderstorm marching across the lake, the weather adds a special touch to an already beautiful canvas.
There is a boat launch and the full-service Marina who also rent boats very close by for all your boating needs .The Historical town of Canandaigua is within a 10-minute distance perfect for the Winery, shopping and restaurants. The home is situated on a dead end so a perfect place for the children to play or ride their bikes as there is no one around. So come and enjoy the beauty and all the activities that Canandaigua Lake has to offer for your vacation enjoyment.

Water Craft:
Resort Property Rentals and its owners do not accept any liability for damage when using docks, moorings, boat hoists on any property . Any damage will be sole responsibility of the Renter. Please advise us if you intend to bring any watercraft and we can advise you of suitability to the property
