This lovely 1950’s ranch style 1200sq ft home is situated directly on the shores of Canandaigua Lake. A large level lawn to the side of the cabin and a shallow shelving beach provides a perfect location for all.
This delightful home features a classic knotty wood interior and curved ceilings over the spacious living area that has couches and chairs. The décor is rustic and clean, with wood paneled walls through out the cabin. From the living room, the large panoramic windows stare directly at the lake, offering uninterrupted views across to the west side of the lake. Find a chair and enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail watching the sun sparkling on the water and the glorious sunsets over the hills. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer located in a shed at the back of the home.
All on one level this open plan living room and dining room has a beautiful fireplace with a comfy couch and seating for 4.There is also a traditional style dining table for 4. Perfect for reading, writing, playing games and sharing romantic and/or family meals. A TV,Cable and VCR are included and the town has free wifi.
Perfectly suited for people with young children or limited mobility the bedrooms and bathrooms are all on one level. In the first spacious bedroom you will find a queen size bed and also a comfortable single bed. In the second bedroom are an additional two single size beds. The two full bathrooms have both shower and tub so perfect to clean up after those days spent swimming in the lake and playing on the beach. All beds have mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters. Guests bring their own linens unless otherwise arranged.
For your outside enjoyment you will find garden seating, a picnic table, fire pit, and plenty of lawn space for the family to play badminton, soccer and horseshoes. There is also a charcoal grill available for your use.
The cottage has 230ft of level shallow shelving lakefront where the water quality is excellent and a permanent 30ft long dock shared with the south cottage.
The water at the end of the dock is 4ft deep so perfect for swimming and fishing for lake bass and trout.
There is also a mooring buoy available should you bring your own boat or rent one from a nearby Marina. The public boat launch is 5 miles away.
The North cottage can be rented on its own or together with its sister cottage for larger groups or reunions. However it is privately set aside for your own enjoyment.
Located on a private lane just a couple of miles down the East side of Lake Canandaigua you are only a few minutes from all the activities, shopping and restaurants in the town
This home boasts a private drive and parking for 2 cars and is truly is a perfect spot to vacation for all.

Water Craft:
Resort Property Rentals and its owners do not accept any liability for damage when using docks, moorings, boat hoists on any property . Any damage will be sole responsibility of the Renter. Please advise us if you intend to bring any watercraft and we can advise you of suitability to the property
