This perfect family home, which is nestled on the shore of Canandaigua Lake in New York's Finger Lakes region, sits in a private, very quiet, wooded setting with 100 feet of private shoreline with a level shale beach and exquisite shallow waters.
A large screened in porch runs the length of the cottage and has relaxed seating outdoor carpeting and picnic tables - a perfect place to watch the family safely play or enjoy the fabulous sunsets.
A Playhouse and swings for the children, hammocks, beach chairs and tables provide the ultimate location for a traditional family lake vacation.
In the water your family can enjoy deep swimming areas or a shelving beach, an aluminum row boat is also provide for your enjoyment and a mooring for your own boat
This home is located at one of the best fishing spots on the lake so you can fish off the gently shelving beach, 60ft L Shaped permanent dock or take your own boat into the deep waters of the abundant nearby coves.
Pull back from your dock and you are right in open water. Great for skiing, tubing, and jet skis. The beautiful bay provides a great swimming area either out from the beach or off the large dock which also has a swimming ladder.
The charming, private ranch style cottage has been beautifully designed by the family to be both comfortable and functional – giving all modern amenities and perfectly laid out for all the group to gather and socialize
A 40 ft. windowed great room with wide plank pine flooring and beamed cathedral ceilings faces the lake and runs the length of the cottage, offering beautiful lake views and spectacular scenery.
The Living room has a feature fireplace, TV, game table, large sectional sofa, reclining chairs, and soft green carpet – a place to relax with a book, play games or gather after dinner to remember the special moments of the day.
The Dining room features an oval pine table with seating for 8. An ideal place to play board or card games, do some arts and crafts or simply entertain.
A Fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and disposal has lots of cupboards, a ceiling fan, and wrap around bar with high back bar stools. This is the well known place to gather allowing all to be involved in the kitchen activities and to socialize among family and friends
Each of the 4 bedrooms are all equipped with a ceiling fan to pull in cool, fresh air from the woods behind the cottage. All bedrooms have carpeting, large built in shelved wardrobe/closets with lots of space for clothing or personal items.
Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, one bedroom has twin beds and the other has bunk beds and a single bed.
The family sized bathroom with tub, shower, and 2 large sinks, easily accommodate a family of 9.
The cottage also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, very useful 2nd refrigerator and freezer, built in shelving, iron and ironing board, and window air conditioner.

$55 Damage Insurance plus a $200 refundable deposit (subject to final inspection) charged at booking or alternatively a $1500 security deposit on arrival is required

Linens and Towels can be provided at additional cost of $20 person
Pet fee $50 per pet ( if applicable)
Water Craft:
Resort Property Rentals and its owners do not accept any liability for damage when using docks, moorings, boat hoists on any property . Any damage will be sole responsibility of the Renter. Please advise us if you intend to bring any watercraft and we can advise you of suitability to the property
